Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
Dr. Kendel Kidwell received his medical education at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, Geisinger Medical Center, and The Ohio State University Hospitals. He is trained and board certified in emergency medicine with over 30 years of experience in both the clinical and administrative aspects of emergency medicine.
Dr. Kidwell also has additional training and expertise in patient safety and patient satisfaction. Under his leadership, emergency departments at both a large teaching hospital as well as a small community hospital have won awards for patient experience and efficiency in getting patients seen as soon as possible after arrival.
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine
Dr. Andrew Ball received his medical education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School, the Medical College of Pennsylvania and the Hospital of The University of Pennsylvania. He trained in both internal medicine and emergency medicine. He is board certified in emergency medicine with over 22 years of experience in both the clinical and administrative aspects of emergency medicine.
Dr. Ball also has additional training and expertise in patient safety and patient satisfaction. He has significant experience in both the management and startup of patient-centered emergency medicine practices.

Dr. Dominic Ruocco received his medical education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and Temple University Hospital. He is trained and board certified in emergency medicine with over 12 years of experience in both the clinical and administrative aspects of emergency medicine. Along with Dr. Alban, he has been involved in all aspects of the startup, operations, and ongoing management of multiple urgent care centers over the past several years.

Dr. Alvaro Alban received his medical education at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Mount Sinai at Cabrini Medical Center, and Jacobi Medical Center/Montefiore Medical Center. He is trained and board certified in emergency medicine with over 10 years of experience. He has been involved in all aspects of the startup, operations, and ongoing management of multiple urgent care centers in New York and New Jersey in recent years.
