Pediatric Urgent Care
As parents ourselves, we know what it’s like to have a sick child, and we appreciate prompt, friendly care just as much as you do. When your pediatrician’s office is closed, or the doctor is not able to fit your child in for an appointment and you don’t want to wait, Patient Care Now is here for you.
Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year (including all holidays), we offer convenient evening and weekend hours:
Monday – Friday:
8 am – 8 pm
Saturday – Sunday:
8 am – 6 pm
Our emergency medicine physicians see children of all ages – from infants and toddlers to school-age kids and adolescents. Some of the most common acute illnesses and injuries we see and treat in children include:
- Allergies (respiratory)
- Allergic reactions to insect stings, food, medication, etc.
- Animal bites
- Asthma attacks
- Burns and wounds (minor)
- Cuts and lacerations
- Diarrhea and nausea
- Earaches and ear infections
- Fractures (minor)
- GERD (reflux)
- Pink eye
- Sore throat, coughs, and colds
- Sprains and strains
- Stomach aches and stomach flu
- Strep throat
- Urinary tract infections (UTIs)
In addition to prescribing medication to treat your child’s ailment, we can set minor fractures, stitch up cuts (and remove sutures), provide burn and wound care, administer nebulizer treatments, and remove infected splinters as well as foreign bodies from the ears and nose. Does your child have a minor orthopedic injury? We can treat those, too.
After your visit, we will communicate with your child’s pediatrician and send a report of our diagnosis and treatment plan. We recommend you always follow up with your child’s doctor to ensure a complete recovery.
